Overview Section #
You will see THREE sections: Workshop, Company, and Operational Hours details.
How to Edit Company & Workshop Details? #
- Go to the Company or Workshop section.
- Click the “Edit” button.
- Make the necessary changes and click “Save”.
Operation Section #
You will see THREE sections: Display Board, Special Date (Operation Day), and Operation Hour details.
Display Board – What Is It & How to Set Up? #
The Display Board is used to track vehicle job status.
To set the PIN for the Job Board, enter the PIN number and click “Save”.
Note: This feature is available for Pro plan subscribers only.
How to Set Workshop Operation Hours? #
- Go to the Operation section.
- Insert opening and closing times in the provided fields.
- Click “Save”.
How to Set Public or Company Holidays (Special Date)? #
- Click the “+Date” button.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click “Save”.
- The date will appear in the listing.
Staff Section #
You will see TWO sections: QR Attendance and Staff List.
QR Attendance #
- Admins can display the QR code on desktop or share the QR link with employees.
- Each QR link requires a PIN to display the QR code.
- A new QR code can be generated by refreshing it.
- Admins can download and display the QR code physically.
- Admins can edit the PIN for each QR link.
Staff List #
- Click “+Staff” to add a new employee.
- Select the staff type.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click “Save”.
Finance Section #
You will see FIVE sections: Sales KPI, Document No. Format, Tax, Terms, and Payment Information.
Sales KPI #
- Set Annual Sales Target.
- Set Average (RM) per Sales (monthly average revenue).
- Click “Save”.
Document No. Format #
- Configure format for Date, Booking, Quotation, Workorder, and Invoice.
- Click “Save”.
Tax Settings #
- Fill in Tax Number, Tax Name, and Tax Rate.
- Click “Save”.
Term Settings #
- Set Quotation Terms and Invoice Terms.
- Click “Save”.
Payment Information #
- Select Bank.
- Fill in Bank Account Number.
- Upload QR Pay.
Booking Form Section #
You will see TWO sections: Booking Form Setting and Google Maps Location.
Booking Form Setting #
- Customize your booking form URL and share it with customers.
Note: Available for Pro plan subscribers only. - Add Description Text (will appear on booking form).
- Download or print the booking QR code.
Google Maps Location #
- Insert your workshop location.
- Google review data will be displayed automatically.
- Click “Save”.
Bay Section #
Note: Available for Pro plan subscribers only.
- Click “+Bay”.
- Fill in required information.
- Click “Save”.
- The new bay will appear in the listing.
Branch Section #
How to Add a Branch #
- Navigate to Account > Settings.
- Go to the Branch tab.
- Click “+Branch”.
- Enter workshop email.
- Select Request Permission Level:
- View – View bookings, finance, inventory.
- Manage – All permissions except account management.
- Admin – Full access.
- Click “Send Invitation”.
- The branch will appear in the listing.
Branch Actions #
- Branch can accept or reject via Account > Settings or email notification.
- Branch can remove itself from the organization.
