Overview Section #

You will see THREE sections: Workshop, Company, and Operational Hours details.

How to Edit Company & Workshop Details? #

  1. Go to the Company or Workshop section.
  2. Click the “Edit” button.
  3. Make the necessary changes and click “Save”.

Operation Section #

You will see THREE sections: Display Board, Special Date (Operation Day), and Operation Hour details.

Display Board – What Is It & How to Set Up? #

The Display Board is used to track vehicle job status.
To set the PIN for the Job Board, enter the PIN number and click “Save”.

Note: This feature is available for Pro plan subscribers only.

How to Set Workshop Operation Hours? #

  1. Go to the Operation section.
  2. Insert opening and closing times in the provided fields.
  3. Click “Save”.

How to Set Public or Company Holidays (Special Date)? #

  1. Click the “+Date” button.
  2. Fill in the required information.
  3. Click “Save”.
  4. The date will appear in the listing.

Staff Section #

You will see TWO sections: QR Attendance and Staff List.

QR Attendance #

  1. Admins can display the QR code on desktop or share the QR link with employees.
  2. Each QR link requires a PIN to display the QR code.
  3. A new QR code can be generated by refreshing it.
  4. Admins can download and display the QR code physically.
  5. Admins can edit the PIN for each QR link.

Staff List #

  1. Click “+Staff” to add a new employee.
  2. Select the staff type.
  3. Fill in the required information.
  4. Click “Save”.

Finance Section #

You will see FIVE sections: Sales KPI, Document No. Format, Tax, Terms, and Payment Information.

Sales KPI #

  1. Set Annual Sales Target.
  2. Set Average (RM) per Sales (monthly average revenue).
  3. Click “Save”.

Document No. Format #

  1. Configure format for Date, Booking, Quotation, Workorder, and Invoice.
  2. Click “Save”.

Tax Settings #

  1. Fill in Tax Number, Tax Name, and Tax Rate.
  2. Click “Save”.

Term Settings #

  1. Set Quotation Terms and Invoice Terms.
  2. Click “Save”.

Payment Information #

  1. Select Bank.
  2. Fill in Bank Account Number.
  3. Upload QR Pay.

Booking Form Section #

You will see TWO sections: Booking Form Setting and Google Maps Location.

Booking Form Setting #

  1. Customize your booking form URL and share it with customers.

    Note: Available for Pro plan subscribers only.
  2. Add Description Text (will appear on booking form).
  3. Download or print the booking QR code.

Google Maps Location #

  1. Insert your workshop location.
  2. Google review data will be displayed automatically.
  3. Click “Save”.

Bay Section #

Note: Available for Pro plan subscribers only.

  1. Click “+Bay”.
  2. Fill in required information.
  3. Click “Save”.
  4. The new bay will appear in the listing.

Branch Section #

How to Add a Branch #

  1. Navigate to Account > Settings.
  2. Go to the Branch tab.
  3. Click “+Branch”.
  4. Enter workshop email.
  5. Select Request Permission Level:
    • View – View bookings, finance, inventory.
    • Manage – All permissions except account management.
    • Admin – Full access.
  6. Click “Send Invitation”.
  7. The branch will appear in the listing.

Branch Actions #

  • Branch can accept or reject via Account > Settings or email notification.
  • Branch can remove itself from the organization.
