How to generate invoice? #
There are two ways to create an invoice:
- Create from workorder
- Create new invoice
Create from workorder #
- Navigate to Manage > Workorder. You’ll see a list of created workorders.
- Click on the workorder that has an “Invoiced” status.
- Click the Invoiced button to generate the invoice.
Create new invoice #
- Navigate to Finance > Invoice. You’ll see a list of created quotations.
- Click the “+ Invoice” button.
- The system will display the invoice page. Fill in the details:
- Customer Details: Choose from existing customer data or enter a license plate number. The system will auto-populate the customer details section.
- Item Section: Select from existing inventory items. You can also add new items, which will be saved for future use. Same applies to discount and tax fields.
- Footer: Quotation terms are editable and customizable in Account > Settings > Finance. You can also add notes.
- If everything is correct, click Save to generate your invoice.
With each generated invoice, the system will automatically update workorder data. The invoice can be sent to customers via WhatsApp or downloaded and printed for physical distribution. You can make edits to an invoice after it has been generated, and proceed to payment by clicking the Pay button.
