How do I create a work order? #
To access this feature, you must subscribe to the Pro plan
There are two ways to create a work order:
- Create from booking list to work order
- Create a new work order from the work order menu
Create from booking list to work order
- Navigate to Manage > Booking. You’ll see a list of your bookings.
- Select the booking you want to convert into a work order.
- Go to the Action column and choose Work Order. The status will change to “Created”.
- There are six statuses to complete one transaction process:
- Created – Converted from booking to work order
- Quoted – Fill in parts/services details and send quotation to customer
- In Progress
- Completed
- Invoiced
- Paid
Create new work order
- Navigate to Manage > Work Order. You’ll see a list of your work orders.
- Click the “+ Work Order” button at the top-right of the header section.
- The system will display the work order page. Fill in all required details.
- Click “Save” to confirm.
