How do I create a work order? #

 

To access this feature, you must subscribe to the Pro plan

There are two ways to create a work order:

  1. Create from booking list to work order
  2. Create a new work order from the work order menu

 

Create from booking list to work order

  1. Navigate to Manage > Booking. You’ll see a list of your bookings.
  2. Select the booking you want to convert into a work order.
  3. Go to the Action column and choose Work Order. The status will change to “Created”.
  4. There are six statuses to complete one transaction process:
  • Created – Converted from booking to work order
  • Quoted – Fill in parts/services details and send quotation to customer
  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Invoiced
  • Paid

 

Create new work order

  1. Navigate to Manage > Work Order. You’ll see a list of your work orders.
  2. Click the “+ Work Order” button at the top-right of the header section.
  3. The system will display the work order page. Fill in all required details.
  4. Click “Save” to confirm.
