What is Customer Group Feature? #
The Customer Group feature allows you to create a grouping or category to organize and manage customers with similar characteristics, preferences, or needs. This grouping is useful for targeted marketing and helps you better segment and manage your customer base.
How to Add a Customer Group #
- Click the “Group” button.
- Fill in the group details and select customers for the group.
- To filter customers, click Filter. Customers can be filtered by car model, years, or gender.
- Once done, click “Save”.
- Click the checkbox beside customers’ names to select them for the group.
- To view more details of a customer, click the “+” icon.
- Once done selecting customers into the group, click “Save”.
How to View/Edit Customer Group #
- Click the Group Name to view or edit the customer group.
- Make the necessary changes and click “Save” when done.
