What is customer group feature? #

Creating a grouping or category to organize and manage customers with similar characteristics, preferences, or needs. This grouping can be useful for targeted marketing. It allows you to better segment and manage your customer base.

  1. To add group click “Group” button
  2. Fill in group detail Then select customers for the group.
  3. To filter customer, click Filter.
  4. Customers can be filtered either by car model, years or gender. Once done, click “Save”.
  5. Then, click the checkbox beside customers’ name to select the customer.
  6. To view more details of the customer, click “+” icon
  7. Once done selecting customer into the group, click “Save”
  8. To view or edit customer group, click the “Group Name”.
  9. Once done with the changes, click “Save”.
