Cancellation

Step 1: Check Your Subscription Type

  • 1-Month Subscription: Can cancel anytime within the month.
  • 12-Month Subscription: Eligible for refund only within 30 days of subscription start. After 30 days, no refund is available.
Promotional subscriptions or discounted plans are non-refundable.

 

Step 2: Prepare Your Information

Have the following ready before sending your cancellation request:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Subscription type (1-month or 12-month)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but recommended)

 

Step 3: Send Cancellation Request

To cancel your subscription, email: [email protected]

 

Step 4: Wait for Confirmation

  • ENGARAGE will review your request.
  • Refund processing (if eligible) will take up to 30 days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method, where possible.

 

Step 5: Follow Up (if needed)

  • If you don’t receive a response within a few days, reply to your original email politely asking for an update.
  • Keep all correspondence as proof for future reference.

Important Notes

  • Cancelling does not automatically stop recurring payments—you must email ENGARAGE.
  • Any promotions or bonuses received may be forfeited upon cancellation.
  • For 12-month subscriptions cancelled after 30 days, no refund will be provided, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
